It’s certainly not replacing our design format we created and successfully used for over 15 years, but our Virtual-Design service only enhances it and offers design assistance that suits certain clients or certain circumstances
The world is changing at a rapid rate and during the covid lockdown restrictions we started our Virtual- Design service to keep our client’s projects progressing forward. This side of our business has continuously grown and is definitely a part of the future way we can work with some of our clients. This Virtual-Design service has been a great solution for our client who are time poor, live in other parts of Australia, especially in the country areas where they don’t have access to interior designers and for our property investors.
We can create the look you want to achieve despite time and distance constraints. Together we will create a space to be proud of.
1.“Meet & greet”
The process begins with a 10minute free consultation call with you, this gives you an idea on how we can assist you with your project. The next step we book you in for your Virtual-Design consultation, imagemakers will then email you our ‘client questionnaire’ to help us get to know you.
2.Our initial Virtual consultation
The interior design process starts with our initial consultation meeting to discuss the scope of your design project, your budget and time frame. We spend up to 75 minutes with you going through your plans for your home, you can walk me through your home via Zoom or Facetime, or if its a New build we will go through your new floor plans that you have previoulsy emailed to imagemakers, so I can get an overall feel of the space, have your inspirational images ready for me to discuss your gaols and the best Design Service suitable for your project. Consultation fee: $325.00
3.Design & if needed Concept drawings
After our first meeting, I’ll be able to provide you with our design fee proposal based on our first consultation. If you’re happy with the estimate, you can sign the agreement and pay the deposit, we then make our next Virtual-Design consultation meeting or if drawings are required, I can get started with these in 2D/3D computer design program and on occasions organic hand drawings. Whether it is designing joinery or space planning we will take into consideration on practicality, functionality, and longevity for your home.
4. Complete house Specifying or specifying for bathrooms, kitchen and laundry
imagemakers role is to create efficient, functional, comfortable, and gorgeous interior spaces that are fit for purpose of your lifestyle, by selecting and developing a gorgeous palette of colours and finishes, all internal paint colours & wall cladding, tiles, floor finishes, door furniture, joinery finishes & benchtops throughout. We will also select gorgeous Fixtures and Fittings ie: tapware, mirrors etc. that best suit your style and budget. This will be all documented in a user-friendly colour and finishes schedule with images, we will be showcasing all chosen products in a “loose lay format” via our Virtual platforms and discuss other products or colour options with you. We then package up your gorgeous samples for you to view in Realtime via Post or Click & Collect. If extra time is required, this will be brought to your full attention.
- On Completion
Coming to the final completion of your new home or renovation we highly recommend using imagemakers interior design decorating service or imagemakers & Co E-Design Decorating service, this is such a fun part of your journey where we work together once again, and we can organize furniture, artwork, cushions etc. that work well with your existing pieces and style. This is the time when we put the finishing touches to your beautiful new home.
